This Art Deco-style flamingo planter is quite a hard piece to track down any information on and that makes it the statement piece for any collection!
It features a hand-painted flamingo and 3D water lilies with a glazed finish. The planter is designed with an open, oval shape and a flat bottom, making it suitable for tabletop display. I feel it is still in great shape and able to hold a succulent beautifully. It measures at just under four inches tall to the neck of the flamingo and approx 3x4 at the base.
This piece did come from a personal collection of a family member where it was kept in a cabinet for an unknown amount of years. It does have layers of dust but I wanted to owner to choose to remove the history from it. I believe the grim adds quite the touch of added gothic elegance, wouldn't you agree?
